Eligibility and Destinations:

We handle gestational surrogacy services, using a gestational carrier to carry the pregnancy. In this arrangement, the surrogate is not genetically related to the child; the embryo is created via in vitro fertilization (IVF) using the eggs and sperm of the Intended Parents or donor.

Legal marriage certificate
Prior to the start of the program, a valid marriage certificate between a man and a woman is required. Same-sex couples are not eligible to participate.
Medical indications
Surrogacy is considered when a woman is unable to carry a pregnancy due to infertility, absence or malformation of the uterus, or uterine fibroid that interferes with embryo implantation, among other conditions. Other indications include medical conditions that make pregnancy high-risk.
Age & health requirements
Intended parents must meet minimum age requirements and be in adequate health to raise a child. Intended mothers who donate their own oocytes must also meet strict medical and reproductive health criteria.
Requirements for a gestational carrier
According to the guidelines of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM), a gestational carrier should: be a healthy adult woman with at least one prior uncomplicated pregnancy; undergo medical and psychological screening; be able to carry and deliver the baby.
Binding legal contract
A legal contract ensures that all parties are informed of their rights and responsibilities. The woman carries the pregnancy according to the agreement, and the intended parents also work with our legal team to ensure all terms comply with local surrogacy laws.
Our international programs for married couples operate in trusted destinations such as
  • Mexico
  • Colombia
  • Ukraine
  • Czech Republic

These countries provide a clear legal framework for surrogacy, ensuring that intended parents are recognized as the legal parents from the moment of birth.

Review the Process Step by Step

Step 1 — Initial Consultation

Our surrogacy journey starts with an initial consultation for intended parents, where we review your personal and medical situation. This step helps you understand eligibility, available countries, and program options for heterosexual couples.

Step 2 — Personalized Program Planning

Based on your needs, we design a custom surrogacy plan. It includes the choice of jurisdiction, clinic, and program type. Transparent costs and timelines are outlined at this stage.

Step 3 — Legal & Medical Coordination

Our legal and medical experts coordinate the process to ensure compliance with the laws of your chosen country. This includes signing surrogacy contracts, completing medical tests, and preparing all documentation required to protect intended parents’ rights.

Step 4 — Surrogate Matching

We carefully screen and match a surrogate who meets all medical and psychological requirements. The embryo is then transferred to a gestational carrier, who will carry a pregnancy to term.

Step 5 — Pregnancy Monitoring & Support

The person carrying the pregnancy receives full medical monitoring in partner clinics. This includes regular ultrasound examinations, routine check-ups, and necessary medication. A dedicated physician oversees all aspects of care.

Step 6 — Birth & Legal Documentation

Once the baby is born, we proceed with all necessary legal procedures to ensure the child’s parentage is properly identified and the birth certificate is secured in accordance with local and international laws.

Frequently
Asked Questions
How does your agency help with surrogacy?

Whether you are a married couple or individual intended parent, or a same-sex family, we will guide you through the entire surrogacy process — from choosing a gestational carrier to legal recognition of your child.

Who is a gestational carrier?

A gestational carrier, also called a surrogate, is a woman who carries and delivers a baby on behalf of intended parents. She is not biologically linked to the fetus, as the embryo is created using the eggs and sperm of the intended parents or donors.

What is a mock cycle?

A mock cycle in gestational surrogacy is a trial cycle. It demonstrates the response of the uterine lining to medical treatment and helps the reproductive endocrinologist plan optimal IVF.

Do you provide an oocyte or sperm donor?

Yes, we assist with this by working with reliable fertility clinics. All oocytes and sperm are carefully screened for medical and genetic health.

Will our family communicate with the pregnant carrier?

Yes. Our coordinator facilitates communication between you and the gestational carrier, ensuring a respectful and smooth interaction.
